Being More Present In Your Emotions And The Ways You May Be Numbing Them.

'"Just be positive, good vibes only".


Harmless optimists trying to look on the bright side right? Spiritual folk who know the importance of vibrational energy....?


Or perhaps you feel that too, the uneasy feeling you can't quite put your finger on?


I'm a big believer in the power of positivity and on being the creators of our own realities but you know what I'm also really into feeling my feelings in their full entirety even when they might lower my vibration.


As a feminine embodiment coach, this is one of the core concepts for me and something that I feel is just so crucial to humanity. As the levels of numbing increase, connection to self and others decreases and that is extremely troubling.


Ignoring your body's cues, your feelings and emotions in aid of keeping in 'high vibration' is just another version of numbing - trying to go over the feelings rather than through them.


If you are someone who likes to set intentions for the new year, the month, the week (and I'm a fan of conscious intention setting) then I would love you to really consider the way in which you can be more present in your emotions and feelings and the ways you may be numbing them.
