This is such a wonderful experience and opportunity to give permission to yourself to reconnect, to be you without judgement. Taking time to listen to what you need and want in a safe space with other women was beautiful. To feel the collective energy of powerful women coming together to share, to hold space and to celebrate each other was such a gift to myself. I wholeheartedly recommend Lindsay's retreat. She facilitates a safe space to release, connect and accept all of you. I arrived feeling frazzled and busy, living in my head. I left feeling at peace, relaxed and reconnected to my heart.
